Dear Grade 5 Class,

My name is Wolali. I am 10 years of age. My favourite things are PS2 (Playstation 2) and swimming. My Mum takes me to the Kennsington Sports Centre to go swimming. I play "Resident Evil" on the playstation. It's very scary, but good.
I have one brother called Kian, he is three weeks old. He still sleeps in my Mum and Dad's room. We live in a flat on the 3rd floor (that's the top floor of our building). I walk to school every day because we live close to the school.
I go to gymnastics club on Thursdays after school. It takes place in the school hall (kind of like a gym).
My favourite food is Shepherds Pie. How is it in Canada? What are the schools like?

My name is Darrel. I am 12 years old. My favorite things to do are hunting, fishing, trapping ,swimming and, playing sports. I have a ps2 [Playstation] and I have all Resident Evil games. I have two brothers and one sister. My brother's name's are Ray and Ryan, and my sister's name is Candy. My mom's name is June and my dad's name is Dennis. My mom is a good cook. My favourite food is pork chops. I don't like pie. I like to play baseball in the summer. In trapping season I go and check the traps for beaver, coyotes and foxes. We skin the animals and sell the fur.

Our school has 220 sudents and it is big. It is fun in Canada because there are big animals in Canada.
