Dear Grade 5 Class,
Hi! My name is Annabel. I'm 9 years old and my favourite things to do are art, swimming and rock-climbing. I get to school by car or walking because the school is nearby. I have a house. It is kind of small but it looks big from the inside. I have two pets. They are a canary and a cockatiel. I like to play my Gameboy, and on Mondays and Wednesdays I go rock climbing. The best sport I've ever been to really is rock-climbing.

My name is Sarah. I am ten years old, and am in year five. My birthday is September 20, and I was born in the year 1991. My favorite things to do are art, swimming, and rock-climbing too! I first learned to rock-climb at a camp called Redberry Bible Camp. I started swimming when I was about 2 years old. I am in aqualevel 7. What aqualevel are you in? Or do you not have swimming lessons? What is your favorite animal? Mine are Bottle-Nosed Dolphins. I have alot of pictures on my wall that I drew and some of them are pictures that my friends gave my out of calenders and old books, etc. I live on a farm and have two cats and that is all. Their names are Cleo and Checkers. Cleo is black and she has a neck and tummy that is white. Checkers is multi-coloured, which is orange, black, and white. Guess what? Checkers can almost shake a paw! I got Checkers from an old friend of mine. I got Cleo from my grandmother's friend when she moved into a lodge, and they couldn't bring animals into there. I have glasses and short brown hair. My favorite colours are blue, red, and green. What are your favorite colours? Do you have glasses? I get to school by a bus. My bus ride is an hour long. I used to go to Rabbit Lake School, but now I go to Medstead. My friends are Aleta, and Crystal. I have some more but there is no need to say them.
